Q. Why would I want to consider creating an On-line Marketing Center - what does it buy me?

A. Your own On-Demand Marketing Platform allows you to fully leverage the web's access - your distributed locations will be able to login and access any marketing/adverstising collateral that you have created as templates. They can then customize the collateral. This buys you a simple way to quickly rollout the printed elements of a marketing campaign, while allowing each location the benefits of further customization.

Q. How does INKspout work?

1) You send us your marketing documents in electronic format.

2) We create a customized Marketing Center with your own INKspout^TM templates.

3) Your distributed locations access the Marketing Center on-line and complete their profile.

4) Each profile data is mapped automatically to the templates.

5) When your distributed locations need more marketing materials, they just log in, make their changes, verify/accept the proof, and download the high resolution PDF.

Q. What file formats do you accept?

A. We accept all popular graphics programs including Quark, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Q. What information is customizable?

A. Whatever information you would like your users to customize, including text and images. The most common fields are contact information and logos, but we can tailor the level of customization to your needs. Paragraphs of text, high-resolution photos, vector graphics such as charts…all of these can be variable data fields.

Q. Can I store documents that are not templates?

A. Yes. We can post all your branded collateral, so your users can access everything. This could include internal documents in pdf format or fulfillment of items such as mugs, t-shirts, and static brochures.

Q. How does INKspout^TM save me money?

A. INKspout^TM squeezes out the inefficiencies associated with distributing/localizing pdfs and printing marketing documents. We convert each document to an INKspout^TM template–allowing each document to be easily customized. Then, by centralizing the templates in your organization's Marketing Center and allowing access over the web, each remote location can build their own profile. This data is immediately mapped to every template – automatically – no matter how many templates you have! The combined template creation and profile building approach avoids the cost of every remote location having to buy a graphic design software application to make these changes.
