Are your prices fixed per month or are they per-user?

There are no additional per-user charges — the flat monthly price is the same no matter if 1 person or 100 people are using your account. INKspout pricing is based on how many templates you are managing and the number of pdf downloads, not the number of people who are using it.

Is this a long-term commitment? Can we pay a year in advance?

INKspout is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts of commitments on your part. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.

What types of payment do you accept? Will you take a P.O.? Can you invoice us?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O. or invoice you.
