Step 1 - Create Your Print Center

Keep a central place online for all your distributed locations to access. Simply contact us and we'll give you a call and build a print center for you within a day. Nothing could be easier!

Step 2 - Make Templates

INKspout will make templates of all your marketing documents so that your distributed locations may access the latest material. When you sign up, you'll be asked to upload a marketing document. A business card, postcard, sales sheet - virtually any marketing document that you need to customize for individual branch offices will work just fine. We'll make a template out of what you upload and post it to your Print Center.

Meanwhile, behind the scenes,

...information for each office is stored in a database, so when a user logs in and selects a template from the company's Print Center, the right information is displayed - without having to reenter the data for every template. This database feature distinguishes INKspout Print Centers from the competition.

Step 3 - Make Changes

Once you have your Print Center and at least one template, your distributed offices may sign in, access, and modify the documents. All they do is select template. Once it is selected and displayed, users may change and update the variable fields in the templates. They can even download hi-res PDFs for use in Ad Campaigns at no charge and as many times as they wish.

Step 4 - Order Print

Your distributed locations can place commercial print orders at discounted prices (usually 10-15% off regular internet pricing) simply by accepting the proof and placing an order. Nothing could be easier!
